OUR BEER IS TESTED THIS WAY...

The taste and quality of the beer are assessed every month by the renowned research center Weihenstephan for brewing and food quality (TU Munich). The beer quality is checked throughout the year, both in the freshly bottled and in the 'aged' product (until the end of the expiration date). This also emphasizes the consistency of beer quality, which is one of the most challenging tasks for every brewer. ...AND SO DOES OUR BREWERY

The evaluation of the brewery and production is carried out annually by the Slow Brewing Institute. Certified are raw material quality and food safety, the type and quality of the brewing process, quality management, as well as the quality of corporate management and culture. The rigorous audit includes more than 900 questions, scientifically developed and defined by the independent experts of the Slow Brewing Institute.

The quality seal is only awarded if all areas are rated as excellent.
